Gary Bizzzo recently wrote a wonderful article on the rise of the social entrepreneur. Focusing on the growing movement of allowing a business to be focused on the good that it does, rather than the money it makes.

The effect of this is starting to shake up the business world — particularly when it comes to hiring AND RETAINING young employees. Without a cause — the raison d’etre — to get behind, a job becomes just a paycheck, not a career.
