A Rise in Optimism?

The National Federation of Independent Business just released the results of its Small Business Economic Trend Survey which show that optimism may be on the rise.

Despite earlier reporting showing that the recent economy was contracting, the NFIB analysis shows that, looking forward, business owners are more optimistic about the economy. Thought the uptick was small (from 101.2 to 101.7), it was still an uptick.

And, as some famous British philosophers have said, a nod’s as good as a wink to a blind man.
